Tanzila Akter Pushpu is a dedicated Academician and Researcher, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at the University of Brahmanbaria. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics, a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mathematics, and a 2nd Major Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST).
Equipped with a strong interdisciplinary background in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, her active research interests span Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Scientific Computing, and Applied Data Science. Her research repertoire includes ongoing projects on Machine Learning at UoB, an NLP-based text summarization project, software development initiatives, and specialized mathematical research on annihilators in lattice theory.
In addition to her teaching and research commitments, she actively contributes to institutional growth through key administrative and governance roles. She serves on various academic bodies, including the Central Exam Committee, Central Routine Committee, Proctorial Body, Disciplinary Committee, Central Library Committee, Day Care Committee, and Semester Admission Committees. She also serves as Member Secretary and Member for national event observance committees and contributes to departmental accreditation by preparing UGC documentation.
