Md. Yeasha Hawlader joined the Department of Business Administration at the University of Brahmanbaria (UoB) as a Lecturer on 21 July 2026.
He completed both his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information Systems from Jagannath University, Dhaka, with outstanding academic performance. He is currently pursuing the Professional Level of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) programme under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
Prior to joining UoB, he completed an internship at Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, where he gained practical experience in Islamic banking, investment operations, customer documentation, and banking procedures.
Alongside his academic pursuits, Mr. Hawlader has demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork through active participation in sports and student organizations. He served as Captain of the Department of Accounting & Information Systems Football Team, Vice-Captain of the Cricket Team, Convener of the AIS Sports Club, and represented Jagannath University in inter-university competitions. He is also a recipient of several prestigious academic scholarships, including the Jagannath University Merit Scholarship, Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC Merit Scholarship, and Barishal Education Board Scholarships for both SSC and HSC examinations.
