Her research centers on curriculum innovation and context-responsive pedagogical strategies in English language education, with a particular focus on multilingual and resource-constrained contexts such as Bangladesh. She examines how teacher agency, stakeholder engagement, and institutional frameworks influence the implementation of curriculum reforms. Her work also explores the integration of educational technology, including digital assessment tools, to promote learner autonomy, formative feedback, and student engagement in ESL/EFL classrooms.
In addition, she investigates the incorporation of 21st-century skills into language pedagogy to better prepare learners for global communication and critical thinking. Her research is informed by a strong interest in the sociocultural dimensions of language learning, particularly the intersections of language policy, linguistic identity, and educational equity in postcolonial educational contexts. Through empirical research and critical reflection, she aims to contribute to the development of more inclusive, equitable, and effective English language education systems.
