University of Brahmanbaria (UoB) Admission Fair 2026 – Day Two Successfully Concluded
The second day of the University of Brahmanbaria (UoB) Admission Fair 2026 was successfully concluded on 28 July 2026, attracting enthusiastic participation from prospective students, parents, faculty members, and distinguished guests.
The day’s programme commenced with the National Anthem, creating a spirit of unity and pride. This was followed by inspiring speeches delivered by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Syed Samsuddin Ahmed; Registrar, Professor A. S. M. Shafiqullah; and Professor Dr. Md. Ibrahim, Controller of Examinations and Dean, Faculty of Business Administration. The programme was further enriched by the virtual address of the Honourable Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Kazi Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, who extended his heartfelt greetings, valuable guidance, and best wishes to all prospective students.
Adding further prestige to the occasion, Trustee Md. Akhtaruzzaman attended the event in person. His gracious presence greatly inspired the participants as he visited the departmental stalls, interacted with faculty members, students, prospective applicants, and their guardians, and expressed his appreciation for the University’s academic excellence and the outstanding organisation of the Admission Fair.
Throughout the day, visitors explored UoB’s undergraduate and graduate programmes, received personalised admission counselling, consulted with academic departments, and learned about the University’s modern educational facilities and student support services. The vibrant atmosphere, combined with engaging cultural activities and meaningful interactions, made the second day both memorable and impactful.
The University extends its sincere appreciation to all members of the Cultural Team for their dedication and valuable contributions in making the Admission Fair vibrant and engaging. Special thanks are extended to Assistant Professor Sakila Ferdous (Department of Business Administration), Senior Lecturer Umme Kulsum (Department of Sociology), Lecturer Farzana Rima (Department of Computer Science and Engineering), and Lecturer Mostafizur Rahman (Department of Library and Information Science) for their remarkable efforts and commitment throughout the event.
The University also expresses its deepest gratitude to Md. Anwar Hossain, Director (Finance) and Director of Human Resource Management (HRM), University of Brahmanbaria, whose exceptional leadership, meticulous planning, and tireless dedication played a pivotal role in the successful organisation and overall management of the entire Admission Fair 2026. His continuous guidance and coordination were instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and remarkable success of this flagship event.
With the successful completion of Day Two, the University of Brahmanbaria once again reaffirmed its commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student success.
